If clicking a result opens the resulting page in an i-frame you need to make a change to your Adsense Search ad.
Open Adsense and go to "Adsense setup", select "Manage Ads" and select your ad.
Find the "Search Results Style" section and select "Open results within my own site". Make sure you provide a url (It does not matter which url as this value is overridden by the module.)
